What we do

We are the leading provider of youth transition services in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. Our organization is dedicated to supporting individuals, assisting families and collaborating in our community.

Support for Parents and Caregivers

We have created parent mentoring programs that provide 1:1 access and online support. This experience assists parents with navigating the road of transition effectively.

Support for Communities

Inclusion happens within our community. Our approach extends beyond voluntarism to help ensure individuals have the necessary support to be active in the community.

“Our organization would not have the ability to positively impact so many lives if it had not been for the many supporters.”

— Cassidi Jobe, Executive Director
