Summit Future Foundation

Community Engagement Services

Providing youth and young adults who experience developmental disabilities the opportunity to lead a meaningful and inclusive life through engagement in inclusive and community based social and leisure experiences.

We facilitate seven programs that are uniquely designed to meet the social and emotional needs of group participants by engaging them in diverse approaches for social connection and recreational participation through community based outings.

The goals of our community engagement services are to actively engage individuals in activities that support what they need to be successful in forming relationships with peers, accessing inclusive community social activities, and safely navigating integrated settings.

We have board games, card games (Uno, anyone?), as well as Family Feud, The Price Is Right, plus MANY more. The participants will decide during these sessions what they would like to learn and/or play.
