Young Adult Connections

A community based recreational group focused on helping young adults access their community for leisure purposes while also building and maintaining healthy relationships with peers.

  • Individuals 18+ who have graduated from high school and are interested in community based leisure activities and developing relationships with peers who have similar interests and ability levels. 

  • The central meet up location for Young Adult Connections is the Summit Social Center. The group departs from the social center to community outings, and returns to the center once their outing has completed.

  • Monday - Friday from 12:00 - 3:00 p.m.

    Capacity may be limited as deemed necessary by program facilitators.

    Summit Future Foundation is a contracted provider through Missouri Department of Mental Health Division of Developmental Disabilities and our programs may be funded by Medicaid Waivers and/or Family Flexible Assistance Program (FFAP).
