Individualized Supports
Our Individualized Supports program assists an individual in achieving maximum independence in home and community-based settings. Our goal is to increase their independence in the home and in the community.
Social and Recreational Programs
We provide many recreational opportunities for teens and young adults to engage in healthy peer-to-peer relationships while developing interpersonal skills.
Transition Services
As your child begins to transition from school-based services, we facilitate programs to assist with career planning & exploration as well as tactical family transition plans.
Supported Employment
Through Supported Employment, we support individuals who have a goal of competitive and integrated employment. This program is individualized to develop specific skills and job functions.
