Empowering youth, young adults and their families.

Summit Future Foundation was founded in 2018 on the belief that all persons, regardless of their ability, have the right to lead a meaningful and inclusive life. Over the last three years our core leadership has worked closely with individuals who have developmental differences, their families, and other community members to identify unmet needs in our community and create customized supports and solutions for those who desire the opportunity to reach their fullest potential. Our mission, vision and core values guide our organization in our continual efforts to ensure those we support have opportunities that result in them leading their most independent and inclusive lives.

 Mission

Empower youth and young adults who experience a developmental disability in leading a meaningful and inclusive life by providing high quality and person-centered support and services to the person and their family.

Vision

That all persons, regardless of their ability level, are active participants in their community including having access to safe and supportive housing, inclusive social and recreational participation, and competitive and integrated employment.

Passion

Our deep passion for changing life outcomes for those with developmental differences guides all we do from program development, to service delivery, and community engagement.

Leadership

Exemplifying transformational leadership skills aides our organization in engaging individuals and families to enhance life outcomes as well as supporting local businesses who strive to improve disability inclusion practices.

Accountability

Holding ourselves to the inclusive standards in which we hope our broader community emulates requires all involved within our organization to hold themselves accountable to our mission and those we serve.
