Summit Future Foundation
Social and Recreational Programs
Providing teens and young adults, who experience developmental disabilities, the opportunity to lead a meaningful and inclusive life through engaging in social and recreational activities.
We facilitate five programs for social connections and recreational participation through community based outings.
The goals of our social and recreational programs are to actively engage individuals in activities that support what they need to be successful in forming relationships with peers, accessing inclusive community social activities, and safely navigating integrated settings.
